The redevelopment of this former solicitors office will help support the growth by converting this building into 26 student rooms, which are perfectly located close to Teesside University.
OPPORTUNITY
The short-term investment opportunity supported the capital raise for a Student Accommodation project located in the town of Middlesborough. The funds are being used to purchase and develop this former Solicitor’s firm, Freer Askew Bunting, office building which they occupied for a number of years and benefits from off street parking to the front and rear. The building will consist of 26 rooms.

12-month investment term with a 12% return paid monthly (1% paid per month) generating a fabulous income opportunity.
OUTCOME
Having invested into this project personally, with Vine acting as a strategic partner in the capital raise. The capital raise is now completed and the investment opportunity is closed. The redevelopment is underway and on target for delivery with students already securing rooms upon completion
