INVESTMENT METHOD
The asset company identify most opportunities for investment from banks, trusts, or distressed business sales. They only offer investment into assets that they believe have significant profit opportunities which they then purchase. Assets are fully scrutinised for risk, profitability, and potential.
Investor’s funds are deployed to help secure these assets over the chosen investment term and utilised to secure planning gain then developed.
This simple process helps generate significant revenue for the business and underpins the investors returns.
OUTCOME
I made two separate investments personally into each investment model, with Vine acting as a strategic partner in the capital raise. Returns were paid, each time, on time. The capital raise in now completed and the investment opportunity is closed.
